'Ordnance Survey GB premium Raster Stack' from Portal not accessible in Pro 3.7

For many years now, I have been accessing a great basemap from the ArcGIS Online Portal in Pro, called 'Ordnance Survey GB premium Raster Stack to MM Topo (Auto Grey)'. It had very fine-scale detail, finer than any other OS basemap I have found. I recently updated to Pro 3.7.0 and this layer is no longer working in any of my maps. It still comes up when searching the ArcGIS Online Portal in the catalog pane, and I can add it to a map, but it has a red exclamation mark next to it and doesn't load. Can anyone help?

Can you try adding it as a WMTS Server in ArcGIS Pro from the following URL?
https://tile.publicsectormapping.gov.scot/osmao-fifec-00019-778ad/m0130/wmts/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities....
