In ArcGIS Pro, I created a network dataset and, in the Directions tab, I set Spatial Landmarks to better describe the route directions. When I perform a route analysis in ArcGIS Pro, all the directions are displayed correctly, including those related to the Spatial Landmarks. I published the routing service on ArcGIS Server 11.4, but when I use it within an application (for example, a Directions widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder), the directions are displayed without the information related to the Spatial Landmarks.
Even when testing the service via the REST endpoint, I noticed that the solved route does not return the Spatial Landmarks.
I haven't found any explanation for this; does anyone know how to clarify this?
