missing overviews in mosaic dataset

1.- loaded about 900 ecw to New mosaic Dataset. ok

2.- Edited footprints and boundary with Clip geoprocessing tool (to avoid all white border, values between 230-255 per band) ok

3.- Build Pyramid and Statistics. ok all raster visible between 1:1 to 1:10.000

4.- Define Overviews. ok

5.- Build Overviews. all images are lost. no pyramids or overviews at all. not ok.

6.- run diagnostics with Analyze Mosaic dataset to check data integrity (see image below)

7.- used synchronize Mosaic dataset to repair or update all missing data or corrupted values and....not ok

please help.
