I have a layer that was set to show Map Tips for Lidar bare earth points, but seems now I can't get those map tips to work and when I go into that layer's properties, to display, it does not give the option to turn on Map tips. If anyone has any insight on how to get these back in ArcPro 3.6 I'd appreciate any advice.
