Manage Tab in Feature Dataset Properties

I'm trying to reversion a feature dataset and when I select the Manage tab in the Properties it just spins and crashes ArcGIS Pro. I then try to close Pro and the blue circle just spins and ArcGIS Pro doesn't shut down. Does anyone else have this issue and what are your work arounds?

What version of Pro are you using to try this out on? Usually the continued blue circle just means it crashed, and you would need to close it through task manager.

Would it be possible to either update Pro or try to do this on an empty project? Maybe the project is corrupted or something similar?
