Location Referencing extension working intermittently?

Has anyone else had the issue in ArcGIS Pro where the Location Referencing functions simply stop working because it thinks there aren't any network features in the map? This happens to me pretty frequently and the only solution is to close and reopen the application. For some reason, when I try to use the different functions such as Identify Routes I will get an error message stating that there are no Network layers in the map. I've had this occur with the retire function too.

Please let me know if this should be posted somewhere more appropriate 😕

Our team hasn't heard of this specific issue before.  The best way to get you support to fix the issue would be to log an issue with Esri Technical Support.  One of their analysts can work to troubleshoot the issue and if needed forward it onto the Pipeline Referencing product team to fix the issue if needed.
