Legend Label Text Align Right - Bug

Hello,

I am creating a bilingual legend and I have set up the English text on the left of the symbol and the French on the right on the symbol. I have set position the "label" text to align right with symbols, so the text lines up together. It works great as you can see in the image below, but then when I save and reopen the document it reverts to align left. 

It seems like a bug within ArcGIS Pro. I know the alternative would just to be convert to graphics.

I hope this is a easy fix for future versions
