Hello All,
I was wondering if there was a way to translate a layer in the Z direction similar to the way you are able to do it in the Animation manager in ArcScene? For example, I have a vector layer I would like to translate vertically through a DEM raster smoothly by 10 elevation units in 10 seconds.
