Labels Question ???

Hi I have a questionfor anyone on this site  that I am working on...

I have Township and Range layer on my ArcGIS Pro and I set it up....However;

I wanted the labels to be like this but I am not sure of how a way around to fix this..

1) What I want is to put the Labels for the Township on the right side (Shown in red circle) . 

2 ) What I want is to put the labels for the Range  at the bottom (Shown in blue circle)

I do not want them to be outside the T and R but I want them to be at the line .

I need to do this so I can prepare to do georeference these Forest maps on my ArcGIS Pro project
