issue with ARC Pro& CITRIX

Dears

I tried to open ARC GIS Pro through Citrix environment for Specific user all user open normally except only one user once tried to open it see attached photo . Plz any help ArcGIS Pro

I can't really think of why this is occurring, but maybe you can try the following:

  1. As that user, launch ArcGIS Pro.
  2. Choose About ArcGIS Pro > Options.
  3. Scroll down to Customize the Ribbon.
  4. Choose commands from drop-down, choose "All Commands"
  5. Search for "skip" (no quotes)
  6. Change it from Alt+S to Ctrl+Alt+S

I suppose you may need to do this from the Citrix server machine?

Also, are you using any 3-party tools with Pro? Perhaps one is trying to set up an accelerator that already exists?
