Install and Deploy ArcGIS Pro with an organizational profile

Hello,

Is there a way to install ArcGIS Pro with a default organizational profile?  I would like to change settings such as default favorites, editing options, indexing, etc.

It would save me a lot of time if I could configure settings and favorites in bulk.
