Insert tab not showing any preset layers in Layer Template!!

Hi all,

I am using Pro 3.0.2, something strange happened with my software, the layer template option wont show me any presets layers, I use them frequently to create feature in 1 click rather than using a Create Feature Geoprocessing tool. 

I should also mention here that this happened once before too but the option came back on magically after 2-3 days, and no I didn't update it the first time. the image below shows empty Layers Template in the insert tab. 

any help would be appreciated..

I know you likely found the solution, but since I just found this for myself and noticed your question went unanswered I thought I'd share this. It worked perfectly!
