Imagery Service in Map Frame does not export to PNG

Hi there,

I have a Layout with multiple Map Frames. Each one is typically referencing a public imagery service in its Basemap from the same public server location.

However, upon exporting to a PNG - the map frame with the imagery service comes out blank, even thought its visible in ArcGIS Pro.
