Image Classification Segmentation Preview Not

I'm taking a scanned georeferenced pdf and running a segmentation to eventually convert the colors to a vector.  When I do the preview, I get a fair representation of the 5 colors as shown in the first image.  When I run the model to produce a file, I get a different less satisfactory result.  I don't see other options for managing the run!  Overcompensating in one direction or the other doesn't help.  Any suggestions?
