I tried to add a new style (https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=936edb7f57334763a8247d1019a9de51) and another one my colleague created.
I downloaded them, but when i add the style it is empty.

My colleague has no problems with any of the styles. What do i do wrong?

Interesting.  So I was able to download and install the Watercolor stylx file from ArcGIS Online and add it to my ArcGIS Pro 3.4.x installation with no issues.  The red exclamation point in your screen grab indicates a broken file path so perhaps remove those style files and readd them to see the symbology?  To remove them, right-click on each one and select Remove from project from the right-click menu.

The ones with the red exclamation point are empty. The ones underneath (same styles), that don't have a red exclamation point are also empty

I was able to add the style also and I can see content within it, I was wondering if you can access it from the ArcGIS Online part itself when adding from the catalog

Have you moved the style file from outside the download before or after connecting to it?
