How to edit/create a coordinate system in ArcGIS Pro?

Hi,

in ArcMap I created a custom coordinate system, an orthographic plane system with a specific center. Now I imported the project in ArcGIS Pro and I am not able to edit the coordinate system anymore or create a new one. Even with a new project/map I can not find the option to create custom coordinate systems. In Map Properties > Coordinate Systems I can import or select a specific system and I can see (but not edit) the details of my current system.

as far as I'm aware, editing custom coordinate systems is not yet implemented in the current release of ArcGIS Pro.

doesn't seem to be available in 1.3.1 either, over a year later...   At least I can't find it anywhere.
