I have been an ArcMap user. I simply cannot understand how to create a new map in Pro. I have done tutorials and have reviewed help but everything seems to require some kind of starting template or map.
I just want to start with a fresh base map (which I know how to do) then create a polygon layer which I will construct.
I am embarrassed at how simple this looks, but I don't get it.
