How to change the compression quality to a higher setting when creating a map tile package in ArcGIS Pro?

Hello GeoNet community,

I am in the process of preparing a basemap for offline use in Survey123 and in doing so I need to create a Map Tile Package with my specific layers. I have tried exporting this tile package as a PNG (default), PNG 8, PNG 24, PNG 32, JPEG and mixed and without fail every time I copy the tile package to my device and open it up in Survey123 the quality of my vector data as well as the imagery basemap are at a very low resolution. Can someone please assist me in how I could possibly increase the compression quality of the tiles from the default setting to a higher setting? (I feel as though this is the issue) - I cannot seem to find how to do so in ArcGIS Pro. I am anticipating that this is an easy fix and it is simply a problem in my lack of being able to navigate ArcPro.

Thanks,

               Jakob

The options in the help topic make suggestions largely focused on the type and colour range of the data that you have but you haven't made any reference to the level of detail that you want... what did you specify?

I would like to have this tile package at the level of detail 20. I seemed to have the best compression while utilizing the jpeg export, but I would like to increase the compression value from the default of 75 up into the 90's.
