How do you Clear a Coordinate System (Spatial Reference) for a GDB Feature Class in ArcGIS Pro?

I used to be able to do this in ArcMap.

Seems like I might be able to assign 'Undefined' in the Define Project tool, but don't see this option.

And, I know that for a Shapefile I can still do this, by just deleting the PRJ file.

Define Projection (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

If the coordinate system for a dataset is unknown or incorrect, you can use this tool to specify the correct coordinate system.

It's the GDB Feature Class that I am wanting to clear. Yeah, I wound up converting it to a Shapefile to do that; then converted it back -- which worked, but was hoping there was a simpler way.

Thanks, but that is not what I am attempting to do. I'm doing some "testing" and want to "Clear" the coordinate system so that it is undefined.

for featureclasses in a gdb you can't, for cad and shapefiles, just delete the prj
