How do I disable the ' You are changing the subtype for this feature.' pop-up window on GIS Pro?

There's a setting for it. "Warn on subtype change". Check your editing tab of the application settings, I believe the checkbox is there, but I'm not at my ArcGIS Pro workstation to confirm.

The 'Warn on subtype change' option is in the Options dialog, Editing tab under General
