There is a process to authorize your license which I suspect you haven't completed through your ArcGIS online account

Dan Thank you for answering

I have done all the process of licensing or authorizing it but it keeps returning me the same message. that I have a public ArcGIS account. The ArcGIS Desktop, for example, is working perfectly,

You should be able to contact Esri Customer Service for help. There are several ways of licensing Pro and we do not have any way to know how your license agreement is set up.

I am pretty sure you need to set up a non-public ArcGIS Online account to license your instance of Pro, or license ArcGIS Pro using a single-use license with a provisioning file. You should have gotten instructions on which method you should use and codes with your your media. If you are stuck I recommend contacting Esri customer service.

Check your junk email in case a provisioning file was sent
