Getting error while creating mmpk file through ArcGIS pro desktop application

Hi,

When I am trying to create the mmpk file through ArcGIS pro desktop application then I am getting below error:

ERROR 999999: Error executing function.
The application is not licensed to create or modify schema for this type of data.

I am following below link to create a mmpk file.

Make a map with all your own data—Navigator for ArcGIS | ArcGIS 

Any solution would be a great help.

Which of the requirements in the list were you missing? A good candidate would be the Network Analyst.  And if you have it, maybe you need to check it on before proceeding.

Network Analyst license could be what what you are missing?

When you create a mobile map package that has a network dataset in it, a Network Analyst license is needed..  the network is re-built as part of the packaging process.
