I am trying to install the latest patches for ArcGIS Pro.  I am at 3.4.0 and when I try to open the patches to install them I get an error message.  "The installation source for this product is not available.  Verify that the source exists and that you can access it" I am just letting the files download to their default location.  Do I need to move them to a specific folder?

I recommend downloading the installers into a local folder then running the download from there.

It may be that your download folder isn't in your control or an unsupported folder like 'onedrive' and its ilk.

I have the files downloaded in my C:\Users\joan.d.rickard\Documents\ArcGIS 3.4\ArcGISPro and I am still getting the same error message.

Thank you for the suggestion.

not sure, but punctuation and spaces in folder paths are gottcha's, so copy the *.exe or *.msi into another folder (eg c:\temp\install_folder)
