Fuzzy, blurry lines on rendering. Simple fix?

Hi all - 

I'm new to ArcGIS Pro and am stumped. Yesterday I created a map where the outlined polygons overlaying orthos and elevation drew clearly. Today they don't.

First photo they are clear, second they are fuzzy.

Any ideas? Thanks, Meg
