'Fatal Error' when updating to 1.4

I'm trying to update to 1.4 (currently on 1.3) but it keeps failing halfway through the process. Something to do with ArcGISPro Help. Here is the log file:

Has anyone come across this problem yet?

Here is the support doc from Microsoft about error code 1603: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/834484.

My guess is it's a permissions issue. Make sure you're running the update as an administrator. You can also try uninstalling 1.3 before installing 1.4.
