Failed to open project v 2.9.2

Hi there!
I was working on my bachelors yesterday, opening my project and working around it and writing about the method. Today i cant open the project. I get errors.

If i go through the /:E where the project is saved and open using the aprx file i get the error:

"Opening the selected ArcGIS project failed. This project was saved using a newer version of ArcGIS pro : . "

I have used ArcGIS 2.9.2 since it came out so I have no newer versions, any tips?

If i uninstall and reinstal ArcGIS will there be any consecquense for the project I cant open right now? pathways, detect objets using deep learning, etc etc.?

This is also what comes up when i try  to "restore previous versions":
