Failed to Open Map View

This has been posted many times over years and years, but no way to resolve. Will have to reach out to ESRI support, because suddenly in the past 5 or so days, many of our company ArcGIS Pro Project maps are not opening and prompting us with "Failed to Open Map View". This is across devices, and we are using 3.1.4. ESRI so far has said "rebuild the maps". This would be hundreds and hundreds of man hours, also with no guarantee that they will open!

I did want to note that we have specifically not used reclassify in these maps, but each project file was created no more recently than 2024. Likely they were created in an older version of ArcGIS Pro than we are using now. I'm not sure if that is critical, but it is an observation.
