Extract Multipatch from Mesh Error! (3D Analyst) Tool

I have tried to extract multipatch from the mesh. I have an SLPK file and 1000 features for extracting multipatch, so the result was only a few features, around 10. Additionally, I have been using this tool a lot of times, and it has been working perfectly. But now, It doesn't work somehow please tell how to fix that.
