When I export a raster as a TIFF file it adopts new values and I can't figure out what is happening. I am using the standard method of selecting the raster in the Contents panel, selecting Data > Export Raster, exporting in TIFF format, and keeping the spatial reference system and raster property settings on their defaults. To demonstrate the issue I'm having, here are the statistics of the original raster and the exported raster:
Minimum | Maximum | Mean | Std. Deviation | |
Original | 254.344970703125 | 1598.06298828125 | 790.9581896969635 | 262.6920671424864 |
Exported | 0 | 3.3999999521444E+38 | 2.4886627363696E+36 | 2.8981923326495E+37 |
If it helps, I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2. Any advice is appreciated
So have you tried?
Copy Raster (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
make sure you check the Environments tab so that the proper statistics get calculated
