Export Features from ArcGIS Online to FGDB is Super Slow

The Export Features tool has not been executing like it use too. I use this method the most because when I want to make schema changes, I use this tool and it makes an exact copy of the Hosted Feature Layer's Symbology, Pop-ups, etc. This is a shortcut to not have to symbolize the layer all over again. This allows me to focus on the schema changes and I can share it back out pretty quickly.
For the last few months (maybe longer) It is actually faster to export FGDB from AGOL and symbolize the layer and then do what I need to do (This use to be the longer method).
Just did an export of a Feature Layer (15,000 points with maybe 200 of them with a photo) and it took 27 minutes.
