I'm using the Geostatistical Wizard to do ordinary kriging, and my data requires box-cox transformation with power λ = 0. But the next screen is showing "ERROR 040008 Input value is out of range." There are no negative or zero values in my data so I think the transformation should be valid.

I've tried a workaround where I transform the data in a different software first, then apply kriging to that. However, the rasters generated will then show the transformed values instead of the actual measured values, which is not very useful.

Any help would be appreciated.
