@BrandieHegler More context will help. From the screenshot, I assume you are using ArcGIS Pro to edit and save features stored in an enterprise geodatabase (eGDB) using SQL Server.
If the eGDB was setup by GIS admin, consult them if you have permissions to edit and using the right credentials.
If you are the admin and setup the eGDB, check if the right privileges were granted.
