Hello. I'm trying to install ArcGIS Desktop or Reader on a user's Win10 machine, but we keep getting the error toward the end that says "unable to register inkdev.dll in c:\Program files (x86)\Microsoft shared\ink\inkdiv.dll". The install completes, but the program will show this error when attempting to run. Any thoughts?
