Hey all,

I am trying to do raster analysis in arcgis pro. I get a “command currently disabled” warning (see below).  I checked the extensions and both SA and NA are enabled (see below). I can use NA fine but not SA. Has anyone had a similar issue or know a workaround? Is there a setting I am missing?

The tool you are trying to use is a web tool. You need to be signed into a Portal / ArcGIS Online to use it.

If you do not see the Analysis button or the Raster Analysis tab in the map viewer, contact your portal administrator. Your portal may not be configured with Image Server, or you may not have privileges to run the tools. If you do not have the permissions required for the tools, they will not be visible.

Read more here - Perform raster analysis—Portal for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Enterprise

The usual NA and SA tools are available in Geoprocessing > Tools > Toolboxes.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the clarification. Still new to pro and getting used to the set up. I am using AGO not portal so those tools won't be available.
