I export several layouts in PDF format from Pro and after exporting the PDF other coworkers sometime need to edit the exported PDF i.e. add text, edit text, add graphics, etc. What are the settings I need to enable so my coworkers can edit the PDF?

Thanks

Export to PDF—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

might have it under  Properties and Security

So do we have to enable a password in order for someone else to edit the PDF? In ArcMap this was not necessary

I don't edit my pdf's in Pro, but have you checked to see if you have to set one? or that you can enable one?

If you have a pdf, give it a try and see if one is required

Perhaps I misspoke, I am not editing my PDF in Pro, what I am wanting to know how to edit the PDF after exporting from Pro preferably in Arcobat

Export one and see if a password is required.

I perhaps assumed that you were finding that they couldn't.

If they can't edit them, then there may be some settings that default which disable editing.

Hopefully you can check to see if there are any..

here is the security options

How does one get to this tab? My export screen only has the format options and an "Export Options" button in which is not what you show.
