Dynamic Text Not Changing in Map Series

I have been working on a Map Series and have been using bookmarks for the maps. I am using Dynamic Text for the titles of the Bookmarks. I am going to different bookmarks and the title is not changing. I am wondering what to do to fix this problem.

Before entering the dynamic text into your layout, what dynamic text type did you choose from the dropdown?

Are you changing bookmarks in the layout?

Does the text work if you go to the next 'page' in the Map Series layout, or export to pdf?

The dynamic text looks correct. Might just be some confusion with previewing the text in the layout view.

I have set up the bookmark names before creating the Map Series. I just exported it as a PDF and it has the the correct titles on each of the maps.
