I've already created many feature classes with polygons and haven't had an issue with dynamic scaling. but now whenever I create a polyline feature class, the features keep dynamically scaling. i don't want to set a reference scale because it'll mess up my existing polygons. but I can't find any setting that won't scale my polylines.
