I have a points dataset of river/stream access points and a polygon dataset of river/stream areas buffered 100 meters (both across Pennsylvania). I want to calculate the distance of each point under the mask of the buffered streams/rivers. When I run this tool, it produces a raster successfully but does not produce cells under the polygons. This happens under the polygons that do not have an intersecting access point. I've run the tool without issue with a roads polyline dataset, so I am not sure what the issue is but I am hoping it's a simple fix.
