Dimension Style Text Size Does Update in Style Mangement

Hello, I am trying to create dimension styles for a map series where the scale may vary resulting in the need for different sized dimension styles. While creating them I noticed that the text size box will not update when I change between styles despite knowing that the text size is different between them. Everything else appears to change such as the Symbol Size and preview at the bottom but not the text size. I know the text sizes are different because when I apply them in a map, the sizes vary.

Only after closing ArcPRO can I then get the text size to update.
