detect objects using deep learning

I am trying to use the AI tool "detect objects using deep learning". The image I am using for this is taken from the World Imagery source. However, I am always receiving this error message: "A raster error has occurred." Can anybody help?

Are you using a Living Atlas imagery layer, and is it coming in as a map service or an image service?
Have you tried exporting it to a local raster first before running the tool? 

You might be running the tool on a tiled layer instead of a pixel-accessible imagery.

Unfortunately, it is a map service. What would you recommend to do?
