Trying to georeference a CAD file (.rvt) created by a landscape architect to view the plan within ArcGIS Pro. Whenever I try to define the projection of one of the "features" I am met with Error Code: 000051 stating that feature data is in use in another application. As far as I know, the file is not open elsewhere.
