I received this message from ArcGIS Pro:
ERROR: It looks like decimals are indicated by commas instead of decimal points.
Try changing your Windows Regional and Language settings to English (United States)
or another convention that uses decimal points.
Failed to execute (MapLinkages2).
Nevertheless, I already change my decimal separator configuration to point (ex: 1,000.00). The OS language I cant no change from its original, Portuguese. Also, checked Excel configuration.
