hi we have a laptop which had ARcGIS Pro installed on it with a named user licence and the user had taken the licence offline, but the laptop has died.
we've now got a new laptop for the user now but he can't log into ArcGIS Pro as his licence is offline, so how do we relinquish the offline licence?
how do you do it, do i have to raise a support ticket with ESRI?
