CSV file export displays differently than attribute table

I am trying to export an attribute table as a csv file. The csv export table does not display the same as the attribute table it came from. The attribute table I have been trying to export is actually two tables joined together, and one of those tables is the table of a layer that was created from a selection of a much larger layer. How can I get the csv export to display the data properly? I am using ArcGIS Pro, version 3.0.0.

you might try the Table to Excel tool and then save as a csv.
