Creating land hooks for large parcels that are split by a road

Hello, I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.3. I created a spatial map series in order to create our new plat book. I have large parcels that are split by a road and the labels are only showing on one side of the parcel, which leaves blank parcels. Is there an easy way to create land hooks to show these large parcel polygons are connected?

Did you ever find an answer to this?  I'm having the same issue.  Is this available in Parcel Fabric somewhere?
