I would like to convert ellipsoid height to orthometric height using the Project Tool in the Geoprocessing toolbox.
I have a GEOID file with the extension .dat.
Can the Project Tool be applied to convert from ellipsoid height to orthometric height, and also to transform coordinates from WGS to KSA-GRF17?
I am also looking for guidance on converting ellipsoid elevation (GPS points) to orthometric elevation (NAVD88) within the ESRI ecosystem.
It seems like there has to be an established standard of practice for this common field data collection task.
