This should be easy...
I need to connect to a share (for example \\WC-ESRI\Shared\GIS), not as a mapped drive (for example S:\). Pro seems to want to use drive letters (which obviously won't work in an enterprise GIS) so I guess I'm missing something?
Thanks,
Tycho
You can do this in AGP. For example, in the Catalog Pane, I click Folders->Add Connection Folder. At the top of the Add Folder Connection pane, you type in \\WC-ESRI\Shared\GIS and connect to the folder. I'd probably type \\WC-ESRI\Shared\ and then single click GIS. Then click OK. Your URL UNC path is added as a folder connection in AGP.
Outstanding! Thank you!
You can drag and drop folder connections as well. This is an old .gif but I just tried from a unc path and works great...
