Conditional Symbology in ArcGIS Pro?

I'm creating a map with a feature layer that has multiple symbologies. These are tied to values of a domain.

Specifically, the layer is for Signs and the symbology changes for the SignType assigned to it. This feature layer also has a SignCondition field in the attributes. Is there a way to assign additional symbology that's associated with those attributes as well?

Essentially the functionality I'd like is: If the SignType is "A" and the SignCondition is "1", the point shows as, for example, a blue dot with a green outline. But the the SignCondition is "2", it would be a blue dot with a red outline.

Is something like this possible?

Hi Ethan,

Arcade might help you: Use Arcade Expressions to Map Your Ideas | ArcGIS Blog

The blog covers using it in ArcGIS Online but it's also available in ArcGIS Pro.
