Combining GTFS data with street network to compute origin-destination matrices (ArcGIS Pro)

I have the following files in my GTFS data on bus networks in a city:

- agency.txt

- calendar.txt

- calendar_dates.txt

- feed_info.txt

- routes.txt

- stop_times.txt

- stops.txt

- trips.txt

In addition, I have a roads.gdb (geodatabase) file with all the roads in the city I'm looking at, as a feature class inside a feature dataset.

I'm trying to combine the GTFS data that I have with the road networks to compute an origin-destination travel time matrix between the stops, and have been struggling since I'm new to the ArcGIS software. I have the Network Analyst extension and I think they have a built-in origin-destination matrix computing tool, but it seems to not be following the road networks at all. Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks in advance!
