Combining 120 Point Files

I have 120 point files that 100% overlap, but have different associated values. I want to combine them before spatial joining with a hexagon grid to portray the data in a bivariate map. How do I best combine these point files? I am trying to avoid using Merge, as each point file has ~470K points.

I believe the Merge geoprocessing tool will accomplish what you're seeking to do.  Test it though on copies of your data.

Do you think there is a way to combine these datasets without using Merge? That works, but merging two together is a file with almost 1M points. Combining all 120 will not really be feasible.

Yes, there's another workflow that "might" work - Collect Events - to create a weighted point feature class.  You may have to run the Integrate GP tool prior if your points are not coincident.
